To access parking, drive south on Pioneer, turn east onto 25th street for entry into the garage. We are expecting over 2,000 participants so you should plan to get there as early as possible. Do I fundraise?

Fundraising is encouraged but not required. Proceeds support local breast cancer screening, treatment support and education programs (75% of net) and breast cancer research grants made by Susan G. Komen for the Cure (25% of net). We do offer incentives for the top fundraisers.

Is my donation deductable?

Yes. All donations to the Susan G. Komen Wyoming Race for the Cure® where no goods or services were received are tax deductable to the fullest extent of the law. Registration fees are not tax deductible.

Where do I turn in my Friends for the Cure donation money?

Manual donations, checks and cash, (submitted on paper forms) can be mailed to: Komen Wyoming Race for the Cure, P.O. Box 20594, Cheyenne, WY 82003. Please make checks payable to: Wyoming Race for the Cure®. You may also have your friends and family support you through online payments. Please check your personal fundraising website after you have registered. Donations are also accepted on Race day at the registration table. All donations turned in before Race day are eligible for the incentives.

I have registered, how do I get my shirt and bib?

If you selected the shipping option, your shirt will be mailed to you in late July. This year we are going to offer a before Race shirt pick up day. You can pick up your t-shirt on Sunday, August 8, 2010 at Foot of the Rockies between 1pm-4pm.  If you cannot make any of those days, your shirt and bib will be at the t-shirt pick-up table on Race day in the parking garage.

If I registered for the 5K Race can I change my mind and walk, or vice versa?

Yes. We only issue bibs to those who registered for the 5k. If you registered for the 1 mile and wanted to switch to the 5k, you need to get a bib number from the registration table. If you registered for the 5k and decide to do the 1 mile, please just toss your bib. Only 5k participants are timed.
